New by FCL Components and added to our portfolio: the FTR-E series
This compact, single-pole PCB relay, rated for 60A and 400V DC, is one of the smallest in the HVDC 60A class and is suitable for higher voltage applications. With these technical specifications, this is the ideal choice for automotive or power supply applications. It has a low power consumption of approximately 1.2W at the coil's rated voltage, eliminating the need to reduce the voltage applied to the coil to the holding voltage.
With a dielectric strength of 5000VAC (1 minute) between the coil and contacts, and 2,500V AC (1 minute) between the contacts, the FTR-E1 offers twice the isolation performance of comparable relays, according to the manufacturer. The non-polarized contacts allow the relay to switch between charging and discharging the load. Typical applications include electric vehicles, fast-charging stations, photovoltaic systems, hybrid construction machinery, and battery systems.
The power relay is fully-encapsulated and the material complies with the UL 94V-0 flammability standard.
