New AEC-Q101 qualified automotivegrade products
The new SCT series are SiC (Silicon Carbide) trench MOSFET. Features include high voltage resistance, low ON resistance, and fast recovery time, that allows high speed switching. The SCT series still do allow straightforward parallel connection and are easy to drive. These power MOSFET's have an improved turn ON loss. As a result, the total turn ON and turn OFF losses can be reduced by as much as 35% compared with conventional TO-247 packing.
The power MOSFET's have a lead-free contact plating and are RoHS compliant. With potential areas of application including solar-inverters, DC-DC converters, switching power supplies, induction heating and motor-drives.
