These TVS devices offer a reliable protection against over-voltages for sensitive circuits and have a glass-passivated junction in both uni- and bidirectional versions. Depending on your application, these parts are available as Uni-polair and Bi-polair.
The SMAJ series have a fast response-time of less than 1.0pS and a low revere leakage current of less than 1 uA for models of 10V and up.
