Panasonic's AQ series photo-voltaic relays
With Panasonic's AQ series photo-voltaic relays with MOSFET output, we have added a new range of photo-voltaic relays to your portfolio. Unlike mechanical relays, Panasonic's solid-state relays control various types of loads such as relays, motors, lamps and magnets. The photo-voltaic relay is optically coupled to switch loads, providing high isolation-voltages up to 5kV between the control and load circuits. Other features include a stable low on-resistance and a low off-state leakage current of max. 1uA.
An other advantage of these photo-voltaic relays is that there are no restrictions regarding the mounting position. Panasonic's AQ photo-voltaic relays are now available at Huijzer Components.
