RECOM is expanding its range with the RPZ and RPL series of non-isolated DC-DC buck-converters. Therefor we are expanding our portfolio. Starting with the RPZ-series who offer an output of 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 3A, 5A and 6A . Input voltage from 2.3 to 7VDC depending on the exact model. The output voltage is programmable from 0.6V to a value near to the input voltage. All models come in a thermally optimized QFN package with flip-chip technology. They offer a very tiny footprint starting at just 2x2mm Depending on the model, efficiency is up to 92% model. The parts can be used at operating temperatures up to 125°C with de-rating.
